Back to Resources

The seventh of eight presentations focuses on the assistive technology cycle. As we have learned, at times abandonment can happen due to a student outgrowing a device, or their environment and expectations changing. It is important to continually service, revisit, and review a student’s AT to keep them moving forward on a path toward independent AT use. Objectives: ● Name the parts of the AT Cycle. ● Describe how the AT cycle works with one model of consideration.
