It takes more time to make documents accessible after they have been created rather than being proactive and creating them with accessibility in mind. This session with cover basic steps that can be taken to make word processing documents, presentations and videos accessible when they are being created.
At the end of the session:
1. Participants will be able to identify 3 components of making a word processing document accessible.
2. Participants will be able to identify 3 components of making a presentation accessible.
3. Participants will be able to identify at least one captioning solution.
