Math Apps for Emergent Math Learners with Mark Coppin

This workshop will cover the basics of emergent math skills such as numbers and counting, patterns, sorting and classification, comparison and measurement and basic geometry. We will cover a wide range of apps that can be used to to develop prerequisite math skills. Objectives At the end of the session: 1. Participants will be able to identify at least 2 emergent math skills. 2. Participants will be able to identify 3 features to consider when selecting math apps. 3. Participants will be able to name 2 emergent math apps.
