Solutions from the Statewide Education Loan Pool

The Statewide Education Loan Pool is hosted on AT4ALL.com. The main purpose of the loan pool is to allow members of IFSP and IEP teams to try different pieces of assistive technology (AT) with children/students to see if the AT meets the needs of the children/students. AT Loans from the loan pool are free of charge and will be shipped to and from the borrower. Loan periods are for 60 calendar days.

Hitch 2.0

Hitch 2.0 is an interface that allows a user to control a computer with multiple switches. It plugs into the computer’s USB port and has inputs for up to five switches. It also has a 9-pin D plug connection for joysticks. Compatible with Windows, MacOS, Chrome, and Android devices with a USB connection. Requires switch accessible software.

Talkable 6

The Talkable 6 is mounted atop a Lazy Susan that makes it easy to reach all six message buttons with the spin of the base. This communicator has six levels, six seconds per messages for a total recording time of 225 seconds.
