This section also emphasizes how important it is that Assistive Technology be a team effort for successful AT use.

This session will walk through common classroom scenarios and give examples of systems that can be added or changed to help support students who are struggling.

Making Materials Accessible First Steps (IOS and Chrome) with Mark Coppin

This session will cover the basics of captioning, captioning options on mobile devices and computers, as well as apps and programs for creating captions. We will cover Clips, Youtube auto-generated captions, Final Cut Pro captioning, MovieCaptioner and other solutions. Participants in this session will come away with information to start captioning all their movies.

Chrome Extensions to Support Executive Functioning with Cassie Frost
With Google Chrome continuing to be a primary browser for so many students, this session will look at free Chrome extensions that add support for executive functioning. Extensions that support organization, time management, memory, attention, and processing will be shared and demonstrated.
